Moonlight

Moonlight shines through the pine trees.

Sitting on the

front porch in

the swing and

me holding you

as the moonlight shines on us.

The only light

we have is

the one coming

from the moon

in the clear sky.

The love we

share as the

moonlight shines is

show in the nightlight.

It seems to

be full moon tonight

that would match

our love for

each other.

Moonlight lovers holding

each other so

they could be

seen by the world.

Moonlight that shines

every night just

like our love

for each other does too.
