that I had a few minutes left to live
I would spend them with you
whispering I love you; in your ear
wrapped in your arms
sharing kisses until my final breath
wiping the tears from your eyes
while I caress your face
and then I would wait for you at heaven's gate
for I shall love you always; until the end of time
forever more... mi amour
