Day fades to gray
As night comes in

The moon shines brightly
As the stars join in

In the distance I hear thunder roll
As the clouds are blown in

Smelling the sent of approaching rain
Hearing the patter of raindrops fall

Hands cup my face
and raindrops touches my cheek

Running slowly down
Followed by your warm lips

With each raindrop
Your love traces it from start to end

Clinging to each other like
Water on the wind

Dancing and swaying like rain soaked petals
Sharing a love like Sweet Summer’s Rain
