Life Deals The Cards

What lies ahead we do not know
What path to take what road to go
Do we follow our heart or our mind
For the destiny we must find

A journey not easy barriers all the way
As with emotions life will always play
Sometimes heaven other times hell
Where we will end up time will tell

We fight the darkness also the light
On our journey onwards daily plight
Innermost demons and forces outside
We battle them all in lifes long ride

The ghosts that will haunt us, angels that save
Weaknesses that abound us we soldier on brave
Life deals the cards not right or wrong
Our future is sealed from the day we are born
